Everbliss Senior Solutions Llc provides non‑medical transportation services for senior citizens. We do not provide medical care, emergency services, or medical supervision.

Scheduling & Appointments

Transportation services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability. Appointment requests are not considered confirmed until acknowledged by Everbliss Senior Solutions Llc 

Payments

• Payment may be completed via secure online payment links using a credit or debit card.
• Charges may occur after services are completed or as otherwise agreed at the time of scheduling.
• By submitting payment, you authorize Everbliss Senior Solutions Llc to charge the agreed amount for services rendered.

Cancellations & No‑Shows

Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in fees. Cancellation timeframes and fees are communicated during scheduling.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Accurate pickup and drop‑off information
• Timely readiness for scheduled transportation
• Safe behavior during transportation

Everbliss Senior Solutions Llc reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Everbliss Senior Solutions Llc is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service provided, where permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
